Very often I receive calls from those whose loved ones just died. They are concerned the deceaseds Will may be problematic or certain contents have loopholes, the Executor appointed may not be reliable, there is no testamentary trust to provide for their minor children and the EPF and insurance nomination are nominated to their young children below the age of 18, which is below the legal age to inherit.....etc etc etc. Worse, is the situation that the person never had a Will. They often ask, Can you do the Will now? NO! We cant! Once a person is dead, there is nothing another can do! Altering a persons Will is considered a serious offense. Making a Will with forged signature is a crime, The time to worry about a loved ones Will and trust is when the person is alive and breathing! If you need to do a proper Will, or concerned that your loved one should have a proper Will or Trust, we are the right person to advise you and your family members.
