Very proper question ; How many People In India make their travel programs according to Weather Department Forecast ? is any reliable Forecast from them ? as in many countries their Weather forecast department is very reliable On daily basis people takes Help to go out side of Homes..... Who are responsible for 26 thousands tourists only are trapped in Uttarakhand , Himanchal and other states , and more than 60 lives go down in river ... Department is saying we displayed already in weather forecast heavy rain possible in Hills ... people are not customized to make their program according to their forecast.. is it ? though it is very surprising weather Disaster this year cloud bursting , hailing together and Heavy Monsoon comes Across India , not happenes it in last 50 years History .... My Prayers for safety to All who are trapped in Difficult position .. _()_
