Very rarely do we give ourselves enough time in-between relationships. We dont allow ourselves to HEAL. We dont allow ourselves to REFLECT on both the good and the bad. How things ended. We carry so much baggage around and lie to ourselves saying that we are okay. Before you know it, we are in another relationship having the same problems we were having before.
