Very sad about James Gandolfini, gone at 51. Shocking to think that my precious husband Larry 51 survived a heart attack 2 weeks ago. Thank you to all of the medical professionals at Flagstaff Medical Center for their expert work and quick timing in saving his life. 2 trips to the heart cath lab (surgery) and Larry is doing very well and has been released to go back to work. Many people when hearing that someone has had a heart attack think "wow they should have taken better care of themselves" I was included in that thinking previously, but Larry had none of the "markers" that you would think..does not drink, smoke, is not over weight and did not have high blood pressure or high cholesteral readings. We are now much wiser about good heart health and realize that coronary artery disease can happen (even to vegans, per our cardiologist)...Larry survived what is considered a "life ending event" God was gracious as always. Life is so very special and I am now saying to myself..."What can we do today that is fun". All work and no play is no good for anyone. I love my husband and my life.
