Very sad loss of life for that young man last night when he was hit by Tony Stewarts car. I watched the video numerous times and how anyone can say that Tony Stewart hit that kid intentionally I dont see how! The young man should have stayed in his car, but what I think and I say THINK he was doing was emulating Tony by jumping out of his car like Tony and many other NASCAR drivers have done over the years. That said, but wearing all black clothing, a black helmet on a dark track at the end of a curve, you are asking for trouble, and in this case, his life. I and many of the other railroaders that I work with, very sadly know what it is like to strike and kill someone and it is because someone made a decision to be where they were NOT meant to be, like walking on a race track with cars going by. Had another dirt track driver hit him, this would not have even hit the national news, but we all know how the media loves to create a scandal that is not there.
