Very sad situation in which no one wins anything. Scary truth is that this could be anyone that takes drinking too far. I wish we had more affordable measures that informs those who choose to drive intoxicated, an educated calculation of their b.a.c. I have seen strips sold in stores for around $9.95 or so, but we should see bars providing these strips for $5 since the bars are the establishments where these crimes are actually committed and very possibly be avoided. I have always believed if the intoxicated person knew how intoxicated they were, they would think differently in relation to driving a motor vehicle. Charts and graphs are a good "observatory tool," for the mind and I am sure many people live by them when they are out socially. But for those (not just the 22 year-olds) who do take drinking to an all night party, would benefit greatly from this situation to finally have some control over their own actions. Maybe save a life, or two, or 200 in a summer.........
