Six month old Mira came to us without eyes. They had been destroyed by infection. Her hair was so matted that she had to be completely shaved. Mira had surgery to remove her ruined eyes and sew them shut. Her beautiful tortoiseshell hair is growing back and shes now healthy & ready to meet her forever family! Mira is a cuddler and the worlds best lap cat. She loves sitting with her humans more than anything & gets along well with cat friendly dogs. Mira is also FelV+, which means that she needs to be an only cat or with other positive kitties. Feline Leukemia is a viral infection that can be transmitted to other cats through saliva. It cannot be transmitted to humans, dogs, or other animals. FelV+ cats are more prone to infections and generally have a shorter lifespan. But this little sweetie has a lot of love to give in whatever time she has left. We are looking for a VERY special forever home for her. You can fill out an application at angelsrescue.org/adopt.
