Veterans Day 2014 7th and final post. Happy Veterans Day. Once again I want to salute all veterans, living & dead; past, present & future; those wounded or killed; those that are missing or prisoner and those forced to serve. To each and every one of you, THANK YOU!!! You have without fail for over 240 years defended and served our great country. Without our veterans be might not be speaking American english and enjoying the freedoms we have. I have added several photos from my days as a soldier in the US Army & a graphic that is still accurate less than 1% of the US population actually serves in the armed forces, so our veterans truly are the 1%.
