Via Heather:, Hi, this is Heather Clause, on behalf of Alans sister, Sharon and mother, we wanted to let all of you know that Alans battle with cancer ended at 5:30 a.m. this morning. His courage, strength and love for all shined through him through out these last few days. We were able to bring him to our home at his last request yesterday around 2:30 p.m.. Alan was able to spend his last hours with his family and our family by his side. His passing was a beautiful moment and will be cherished forever. Sharon also wanted me to let you know that we will put the service arrangements on as soon as we get them. Thank you all so much for all of the blessings, prayers and love you shared for him.
