Usually I have no problems, however for about the past week Ive noticed no matter what I do - I cant seem to shut my thoughts off! I pay attention to why and its almost always stress related. I know many struggle with insomnia and it truly is a double edged sword - not enough sleep can dramatically impact your mental health and as you toss and turn being frustrated and exhausted yet unable to get to sleep - it winds the mind up even more.
