Services, please take note of the following about protecting your IT account: Weve seen some phishing emails doing the rounds at the University, and have had to lock some accounts which had been compromised and were sending out spam. Protect your IT account - think before you click on a link in an email, even if you know the sender. As a general rule, be very suspicious if you follow a link which then asks for your username and password - check the address bar, so that you know its a genuine site, and if youre in any doubt, contact the IT Support Office.
