Via-The Girl Against Fluoride To totally avoid fluoride in Ireland you would have to 1) Constantly eat at home( not an option for many). 2) Only date guys /girls who have either a filter or better still a well. 3) For any journeys outside the house take plenty of bottled water/ distilled water and prepare copious picnics using flasks, containers and the occasional fulacht fiadh. 3) Only buy food that is not processed in Ireland-this will require tedious label reading and at times internet research. 4) Visit friends who have either a well or filter( how to win friends and influence people not). 5) Frequent hotels and restaurants that use well water. Seems realistic? It is impossible to totally avoid fluoride exposure in Ireland. This is why we need a grassroots movement of awareness that will change public policy.
