Vicenzo is 5 and his condition means that he is wheelchair bound and non-communicative. But after many visits, our volunteers found out that Vicenzos wish was for an Under the Sea bedroom makeover. After two days of painting, building, installing a TV and hanging mobiles, it was time for Vicenzo to came home to discover his new room and a surprise visit from his favourite character, Elmo. Mum knows best and despite his disability, Vicenzos mum could tell that he was loving every minute and that his wish was much more than she had expected. As Vicenzo spends a lot of time in his bedroom, there is now so much to look at and keep him occupied.
