Victoria County Fall Harvest ActiveFest Continues Tonight: October 6 THE EIGHT WEEK CLEANSE PROGRAM - JOURNEY ALIVE PROGRAM Introductory Meeting 6:30pm at Masonic Hall and Ingonish Rink Live from Baddeck via SKYPE with Coralie Murphy. Because food is profoundly personal and powerful, the program is structured around a plant-strong lifestyle. It follows an 8-week protocol where participants come weekly to info sessions, are invited to participate in a guided grocery store tour, as well as attend cooking classes to inspire new culinary creations. The Journey Alive program offers participants the opportunity to restructure the relationship they have with the foods they eat, the thoughts they think, and the belief systems they hold to be true.
