Victoria Police are making a fresh appeal for information in relation to the suspicious disappearance of Mt Gambier man Gordon Hamm in July 2013. While three men have been charged in relation to Mr Hamm’s death, his remains have still not been found. Victorian Homicide Squad detectives have returned to Mount Gambier today to follow up a number of active lines of enquiry surrounding the 34-year-old’s disappearance. Two men from Mt Gambier, a 29-year-old and 35-year-old, were extradited to Victoria and charged with murder in July 2013. A 21-year-old Mt Gambier man was extradited to Victoria and was charged with accessory to murder in October 2013. Mr Hamm was last seen on a bridge at the intersection of Portland-Nelson Road and Leake Street in Nelson around 4am on Wednesday 17 July. He was last seen wearing a black jumper and grey knee-length shorts. Detectives urge anyone that may have any information regarding Mr Hamm’s disappearance to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or crimestoppers.au
