Video 3 of 3 I think the bottom is just as cool as the top. The hull was entirely handmade from juniper with no architectural plans, just a vision in the head. They werent even sure how long it would be when they started (38ft.). There are very few straight lines. Its amazing that wood can be made to curve like that. Each plank had to be individually formed, shaped, carved, and fitted. Its basically a shrimp boat with an extended cabin where the rigging would normally be.
