Viewers, take note. Online merchants MUST post all reviews if they solicit them. When you only post 4 and 5 star reviews, you throw your entire reputation into question. This is one example of understandable outrage by a client when they order a product based upon the perceived quality through reviews, then get a product of poor quality, then review said product only to find their accurate yet dismal review wasnt posted. In the online merchant world, this is called online deception -- and it has lead to many states cracking down and writing legislation to make this a crime -- which it is. Its called fraud, people... and its bad for ALL business.
