In the first half of the year, Vijay had Jilla to his credit and as expected, it has emerged as the number 1 grosser in the UK, among all Tamil movies released in the first 6 months of 2014. The top 5 grossers are as follows 1. Jilla - £243,029 2. Kochadaiyaan - £157,020 3. Veeram - £150,090 4. Maan Karate - £65,225 5. Tenaliraman - £34,185 Vijays Kaththi would hit the screens in the 2nd half of the year and we can expect it to dislodge Jilla from the top spot. Other 2nd half biggies such as Thala 55, Anjaan, Ai, Lingaa, Uttama Villain and Vishwaroopam 2 also have a great shot at glory.
