Village Profile is looking for a Competitive Individual to fill a full-time, entry- level Customer Service Support within our advertising department. The right individual will thrive in a fast paced environment and find motivation and fulfillment in the exciting challenges. This position entails: • Direct interaction with Sales Reps. • Direct interaction with national businesses whom advertise in Chamber of Commerce sponsored publications • Direct interaction with all aspects of the company including working closely with production team members and management • Coordinating advertising from ad copy procurement to advertiser approval Qualifications needed are: • Customer Service experience • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Be able to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision • Have strong communication and writing skills • Energetic, self-starter with a strong work ethic • Publishing company experience a plus • No graphic design experience necessary
