Violence, NOT from our political leaders only, must be condemed at all costs. Theres a reputation at stake here. In as much as I do NOT condone the behaviour and the reaction of #Julius_Malema regarding a brouhaha which happened in Tzanned with one Limpopo boere farmer, but I have reservations and lingering questions. Okay, #AfriForum laid charges of assault , crimen injuria and intimidation against Malema for allegedly assaulting a #Cassie_Moller. The incident is seen on CCTV footage, where Cassie Moller becomes involved in a confrontation with Malema at the counter of a Limpopo fast food outlet around 2am on August 6. 2am?? I regard Malema as a very lucid, conscious and sober man, who has kept his cool over many issues and confrontations which could have led any normal person to get his adrenalin pumping and gooi blows! He didnt. Still, I dont think any normal person can just, all of a sudden, lose his temper, yell and swear without any apparent reason! Sometimes people can trigger you when they know your reputable state knowingly that you might react in a manner which may assassinate your character. Yes we can all blame Julius Malema, based on different reason- politically and otherwise. We can all hammer his reactions to the incident taking account his status in the society an also borrowing from history, BUT the question is; What did this witie said or did to him? Leburu le ledirele eng yo Sello Malema? Malema a ke se dio thoma gape! What provoked him that much to lose his cool? Limpopo areas like Tzaneen, Naboomspruit, Phalaborwa and others you may be aware of, are known to still have boers with apartheid mentality, who are not home with the transition of 1994, live and farm in this country for a mega living but do NOT recognise our black led-government, and still regard blacks as mean, if NOT chimpanzees! I know of many incidences, and have experienced such, at those areas like Tzaneen where boers will intentionally undermine and provoke you! I might sound to somehow side with Malema, but Im NOT. Im asking what could have triggered Jujus adrenalin and led his temper to boil? AfriForum has had many injustified issues with Sello. Lost many and won one! The ANC and its members protected and stood by him. Members of AfriForum greviously assault, swear, insult and kill blacks to this day.
