Watkins, president and chief executive officer of the Virginia Credit Union, is an active member of the Virginia CTE Advisory Committee, a board director with the Virginia Council on Economic Education and is instrumental in providing financial literacy instructional resources for teachers, financial education events for students and scholarships for students.
