Visibly very tired @ 69 !! directionless unlike men of similar age, what might be true about the declared age.! worked for upc in obote offc, involved with Fronasa, that must have been at 15 yrs. Then founded the UPM & stood for president in 1980,possibly @ 20yrs, then the bush war for 5yrs, stll 20 and counting. 28 yrs at the helm of the state stl 68, only the bulldozer could give us better workings of the right age, oh yes, my son puts me right, counting in base 10!!!!!! even nature takes bribes....told u every creation has a price,,,!!
