Visit from Poland Several high-ranking police officials are currently here in the United States touring law enforcement agencies in New England and New York. They visited State Police General Headquarters in Framingham today, where Colonel Alben was presented a token from General Wojciech Olbrys, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of National Police Headquarters. General Olbrys is the second highest ranking police official in Poland.
