Visited a neighbor who staying in her house without water. Its been shut off since May. She on a fixed income and cant afford to get caught up. She owed $550 but it as exceeded to over $900 dollars and they still billing her. She is on dialysis three times a week. She goes across the street to her neighbor to take a shower and get water. Her arm is week from carrying buckets of water and dialysis. You never know what someone is going through. She cant find help from agencies because people really not helping with water. There are alot of people who are trying to make it through the day.
