Visited the craft fair and got start on Christmas shopping. A great showcase of the talented people who live here. I heard talk of a farmers market a great idea. I dont know if everyone has seen the completed lighting project on Highway 29 between Mackenzie Way & Monkman Way , it is a great improvement. Council received a letter Feb 2013 from Patsy Antle suggesting that it would be a nice idea to have two or three lights along this route to make it safer for people walking. Council agreed and forwarded the request to Ministry of Transportation, which looks after highways. Nine months later it is done and at no cost to TR. This is a good example of how the system works, so bring your ideas to council.
