Viswaroopam(watched on Youtube)-Review My Indian American Friends asked me to watch Viswaroopam after I found Zero Dark Thirty offensive and not project a correct picture on War on Terror.First of all Kamal Haasan must be commended for making a thought provoking movie,writing,acting and directing the movie.The movie may remind us of Khaled Hosseini Kite Runner but poses pertinent questions.An Indian Muslim who preaches Kathak who follows Hinduism and is a Veggie seems to be a RAW agent and is helping America to unearth the bomb.The movie meanders and tries to be a biopic on Afghanistan trying not to take sides.People die of collateral damage,Revenge promotes terrorism and similarly whatever we are we must respect life is what the movie talks about.The movie seems to be incomplete(coz they wanted a sequel) and Kamal spent almost Rs 95 crores and most importantly establishes a viewpoint perfectly.India and US need to fight the War on Terror and an Indian Muslim is more Indian than Muslim and more importantly all Muslims are not terrorists.Four out of Five,Wish the movie was shorter and Yes every Indian should try to see and understand the movie.Language doesnt seems to be a barrier.
