Vitalii Usenko says: Russia has started preparation of Internet propagandists and trolls more then 3 years ago (June 3, 2011). Here is example – Russian school for “bloggers patriots” – educational program initiated by famous in Russian political scientist and writer Nikolay Starikov. He is also a blogger. He published many books on the topic of new history which caused a lot of disputes (Geopolitics, how it is done, So spoke Stalin, Ukraine, Chaos and revolution - the weapon of US Dollar, Russia, Crimea and History). During the schools the methods and tools of information warfare were presented and trained. The outcome of the series of training for blogger – patriots was the formation of so called Internet militia with purpose of coordination of different Russian bloggers groups involved into the Russian informational wars. The methods of the creation of impersonality in Internet were presented. methods of the work of trolls, how to attack in Internet, how to adversely influence critical thinking, key messages for patriot trolls e.t.c.. The major point which was focused is that information war is the real war with its methods and tools. Like any war it shall be thoroughly planned, including campaign and resource planning. Honestly speaking I am not aware of any similar educational programs and training in Ukraine for the Ukrainian bloggers – patriots. Activities of many volunteer groups in Ukraine working in Internet are still poorly coordinated and have shortage of resources
