Void: A completely empty space Space: The dimensions of height, depth, and width within which all things exist and move Layman terms: Moving through space time is relative. Relative on the things that are around me. My conscious understands that I am moving by the things that I pass by. Time (via my watch or clock) puts me in a place in space at that given time If a conscious observer (with no mechanical devices to track time or measurements) is walking through space and there is nothing visibly around that determines his or her movements, how those the observer know that h/she is moving?
