The following is a list of volunteer opportunities. For more information about our organization, please visit zilker.org Stage Crew Volunteers Stage Crew responsibilities may include setting up the stage, placing/striking the sets and props for the show. The crew also assists the actors with moving sets and props during the show’s scene changes. Some lifting may be required; however we can accommodate your needs. Call times usually start around 6:30. (Times will be arranged with the Stage managers) Training will be provided. We would need people starting June 27 – August 17, 6:30 – 11:00pm. We are flexible if people need to have certain nights off or can only work part of the summer. Front of House Volunteers House Managing Crew is responsible for assisting the house manager with stuffing programs, handing out programs and welcoming patrons to the hillside. This crew will also assist the Concessions people with set up. This volunteer position is not required to be there the whole evening. We would need people July 12 – August 17, 6:30 – 10:30pm (every Thursday thru Sunday). We are flexible if people need to have certain nights or weekends off or only want to do part of the summer.
