Volunteers Needed: as webmaster it is my responsibility to provide the technical framework and support behind the website, ensure it stays online, provide new and better functionality. With the express goal of providing the MLA a solid platform for reaching new members, promoting the longbow and providing tools to help members so that they can stay informed, and conduct business. It is not my responsibility to draft content, find events to post, etc. If you would like to help the MLA get its message out and serve its members by writing content, blog posts, event calendar entries, etc. please message me. I am focused on the next step in functionality, enabling the council to conduct its business online in a safe, secure manner. After that, I will be turning my attention to creating a member portal to allow folks to manage their memberships, submit photos, game award applications, volunteer for events, and once the 501 application is approved a product catalog for online product ordering. Folks please dont take the website for granted, it takes a lot of time and effort to produce a quality website and its content, your help is needed to keep the forward momentum going. Our website is very effective. Memberships are up, renewals are up, the banquet sold out before KZoo, and there was more member participation than ever before on a matter of business because of the voting portal.
