For Southern Fusion, we have Bourbon Chicken: Tender chunks of dark meat chicken simmered in a rich southern-fusion bourbon sauce with broccoli, button mushrooms, and caramelized white onions For Taiwanese Fusion, we have Salt & Pepper Chicken: Crispy crunchy golden chicken poppers pan sizzled with salt, cracked pepper corns, and scorched red chili flakes.
