“Voters have every right to be concerned about what sort of premier Mr Andrews will be and what priorities his government will have. One issue sums up the problem. In August this year, Mr Andrews said: ‘A government that actually values our state’s reputation and good name doesn’t rip up contracts.’ A month later, he said if elected, Labor would rip up the East West Link contract.
