WAHABIYY: Prove that RasulAllah Sallallahu Alay Wa Alihi Wasallam was the first to be created? ANSWER: The light (Noor) and essence of Nabi Sallallahu Alay Wa Alihi Wasallam, was the first creation of Allah Azawajal. *EVIDENCE FROM QURAN AL KARIM* He (Allah) has no partner and with this I have been commanded, and I am the first Muslim. *Verse 6:163* In many verses in the Quran Al Karim the position of the Prophet of Allah Azawajal, ﷺ Sallallahu Alay Wa Alihi Wasallam is referred to as the first Muslim, regardless of being the last of all Prophets who are all Muslims. So this shows us the creation of RasulAllah Sallallahu Alay Wa Alihi Wasallam was way back and remembrance was way before creation. Indeed from Allah came a light and a clear book. *Verse 5:15* Mufassiroon agree that this light is our beloved Nabi Sallallahu Alay Wa Alihi Wasallam. In Roohul Bayaan, a hadith related to this verse is quoted as: I am the father of the souls and I am from the light of Allah. *Roohul Bayaan on verse 5:15* This hadith also confirms that he is the first creation as a father comes before his children. While Hadrat Adam Alayhissalam is the bodily father of us all, the spiritual father of our souls is our beloved Nabi Sallallahu Alay Wa Alihi Wasallam. *EVIDENCE FROM AHADITH SHARIF* 1) Abu Huraira Radiyallahu Taala Anhu related that RasulAllah ﷺ Sallallahu Alay Wa Alihi Wasallam said: I was the first Prophet to be created and the last to be sent. And in another narration, the first person to be created. *Ibn Abi Shayba Musannaf 8:131 (7)* This hadith clearly states that the first of creation was our Nabi Sallallahu Alay Wa Alihi Wasallam as does the following hadith. 2) Sayyidina Jabir bin Abdullah Radiyallahu Taala Anhu narrates, I said: O Messenger of Allah, may my mother and father be sacrificed for you. Please inform me of the first thing Allah Almighty created? RasulAllah Sallallahu Alay Wa Alihi Wasallam said, O Jabir. Certainly before anything else, Allah created the light of your Prophet from His light. Then the light began to go around wherever Allah willed. At that time there was no Devine Tablet, o Devine Pen, no Paradise, no Hell fire, no Angel, no Heavens, no Moon, nor Jinn, nor Human... *Sharh Az Zurqani 1:189* RasulAllah Sallallahu Alay Wa Alihi Wasallam himself has mentioned that his blessed light was created from the Blessed light of Allah Azawajal. 3) Abu Huraira Radiyallahu Taala Anhu narrates that RasulAllah ﷺ Sallallahu Alay Wa Alihi Wasallam said: When Allah created Adam Alayhissalam He informed him of his descendants, at this Adam Alayhissalam saw superioroty of some over other, then he saw me towards the end in form of an illuminating light (noor) he (Adam Alayhissalam) said O my Lord who is this? ,The Lord replied, This is your son Ahmed who is the first and the last and he will be the first to intercede on the Day of Judgement. *Baihaqqi in Dalail an Nubuwwah volume 5 page 483*. Again as clearly stated, RasulAllah Sallallahu Alay Wa Alihi Wasallam is the first to have been created and his creation was light or noor. The ahadith are totally clear mashaAllah. #SunniLion
