WAIT! STOP! Hold On..only NOW Allen Chastanet knows that year after year parents have issues meeting the costs of buying books? New booklist or old..its a real phenomenon for us man..us poor people man (in my American accent). Ask my mother, a deaf single parent who gave me 5-8 notebook every new school year..ask her. On a serious note can some one please ask him to explain the real cause of his anger. The man sooo upset so vex because people cannot buy their school books. OR is he upset because almost 3 years he cannot run no big bobol with millions of the people money? Is Chastanet even concerned about proper education? Does he have one..like an earned education? You know, the one where daddy money does not have to buy University grades. Chastanet Steups tun..ah he is upset? Besides Mr. Chasatanet how are you so sure that the government is responsible for the new booklist? uh? If the Government wanted to hurt the people of St Lucia with new booklist you think is at the Secondary School level only they would give new book lists. Mate sa gor gor ee. Equip yourself with the facts or quit being so malicious! There is a system beyond us. Beyond the Secondary School teacher, Beyond the student. Beyond the Ministry of Education. Its what was called CXC. It is what is now known as CSEC. there is a Syllabus that students and teachers must follow. Changes were made on the regional level. It was only fitting that the Ministry of Education make the changes so as to ensure that our students perform at the expected level. That they too are in tune with the times. It is important for SJC to maintain that 100% pass rate in Mathematics. SMC must try to maintain that 100% pass rate in Food and Nutrition. The Vide Bouteille Secondary must maintain or improve their 87.5 pass rate in Economics. Quite with your stage one acting Mr. Chastanet, the poor people know who you are! We know you have the government paying back millions in Black Bay land. The same government that despite crucial times refuse to stop the 500.00 bursary to Form 1 students.
