WAIT UPON THE LORD. 6/30/13 It’s so easy to get discouraged, when those around you are being blessed. Sometimes you think it will never be me, that feels this happiness. But I’m here to tell you as one who’s been where you are now. Your blessing is on its way, The Lord will make a way somehow. So many times I left the altar thinking, Lord what am I doing wrong? Everyone around me is being blessed why can’t I be strong. Even though it was prophesied to me that the Holy Ghost was on its way. I felt so small and worthless at the end of the day. Then one night it happened, to me “just like it will for you.” I began to speak in other tongues, my life begin anew. I can’t say what’s holding you back I can only speak for me. I held to tightly to worldly things, my spirit wasn’t free. Saints would tell me through prayer what I needed to give up. I would go home and ponder if what I did was enough. Then as the blessings felt much stronger I knew I was on my way. The me inside wanted it now, but the Lord said, another day. We each must work out our own salvation, Fear and prayer is the way. Just know that Jesus sees each one of you each time you kneel to pray. Never think that it’s for nothing, that’s the Devil saying stop! The closer you get to Jesus the more of The Devil’s Toys you must drop. Wait upon the Lord dear ones for I was where you are now. One day soon you’ll shout the isles, no room then for doubt. God is always watching you, for you are precious in His eyes. Reach up and claim your reward, lift your hands towards the sky. For Angie… F. R. Parks
