Ensure that production of meals isin accordance with SACC standards and individual customers agreed specification. Supervise/prepare food products in accordance with costumers demand for food presentation, suggestion, development, etc. Ensure all food production is within the deadline/time-limit as per operational policy. Familiar with ISO/HACCP standards on food hygiene & safety. CHEF DE PARTIE Supervise production in accordance with yields, recipes& specifications to ensure that all cooked products are of the highest standards. Assist the Head Chef/Sous Chef in formulating food development of new products, menus, recipes and tasting. Keep the Sous Chef informed of any deviation in product or deadline. Familiar with ISO/HACCP standards on food hygiene & safety. Must have 3-4 years of experience as CDP. DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE Supervise production in accordance with yields, recipes& specifications to ensure that all cooked products are of the highest standards. OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR Responsible for ensuring that all flights are dispatched from the unit as per standards and prescribed deadlines. Implement fool-proof checking procedures ensuring correct quantity and quality of food, beverage, equipment and amenities as per meal orders and specifications. Ensuring that all up catering for DOM & INT flights are checked and dispatched on time. Assists in the planning, coordinating and prompt response in the event of up-catering, short-loading, aircraft change, extra-section flights for all scheduled and non-scheduled flights. Familiar with ISO/HACCP standards on food hygiene & safety. Good communication skills. SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES Responsible for the correct handling of any flight by adhering to specifications and standard procedures. Check meals onboard flight & ensure proper hand-over to the Operating Crew. Check with Flight Purser for any additional requirement. Being aService Rep of the company, to promote good rapport with airline customers, ground handling agencies and airport authorities Familiar with ISO/HACCP standards on food hygiene & safety . CATERING TRUCK DRIVERS / HI LIFT DRIVERS Safe transportation of foods & equipment to all designated locations. Ensure that all food items are picked-up properly and safely transported to the designated aircraft location. Coordinate with the Chief Driver for loading & offloading of goods. Familiar with ISO/HACCP standards on food hygiene & safety. Good command of the English language (written and verbal). Holder of valid Drivers License. Between 25-40 years old. STORES FOREMAN ( SENIOR / JUNIOR ) Receive goods from foreign and local suppliers and ensure that goods received are of correct quality and quantity. Issue goods based on the requisition. Adhere to the First-In First-Out (FIFO) procedure of goods when stacking, arranging and issuing. Assist in the month-end, year-end inventories; enter the inventory stocktaking in the system. Must have relevant experience in the same field. COMMIS I Ensure that the production of meals is in accordance with SACC standards and individual customers agreed specifications. Preferably Hotel and Restaurant Management Degree. Familiar with ISO/HACCP standards on food hygiene & safety. Must have relevant experience as the same. COMMIS II Ensure that the production of meals is in accordance with SACC standards and individual customers agreed specifications. Preferably Hotel and Restaurant Management Degree. Responsible for proper planning and coordination in the event of aircraft change, ASAP extra flight set-up, mass movement of flights. Assist in investigating complaints from airline customerssuggests preventive or corrective action to avoid recurrence. Ability to handle pressure especially during peak movements. HOUSEKEEPING FOREMAN & HOUSEKEEPERS Responsible for the tidiness and sanitation of the unit. Familiar on the use of modern cleaning tools and chemicals. Familiar with ISO/HACCP standards on food hygiene and safety. Related experience in catering business, hotels or hospitals. SECRETARY Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages Direct the general public to the appropriate staff member Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls Must have good communication skills & command over English language( written& verbal ). Must have relevant experience in the same field. ADMIN CLERK Provide secretarial and administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient office operations.
