Heres why its important: Chemical fertilizer food is not safe but the price of organic food in the market is soaring. It has almost become a luxury which poor people cannot afford. The traditional and contemporary agricultural fertilization use high nitrogen content which does contain nitrates and nitrate pollutes our food and drinking water. These high nitrogen content chemical fertilizers can cause major epidemics. At the same time organic fertilizer isnt safe either.
