WANTED: Child friendly Housemate wanted to share our spacious coolum Sharehouse! My partner and I occupy the top level along with our 2 year old son And 8 month old daughter. I run my own fashion business from the double garage our level. The 2nd level has 3 bdms, share bathroom, toilet, laundry, large walk in linen/storage cupboard small study nook and access to outside. ATM two brms are occupied by 2 busy n friendly housemates. The 3rd/ bottom level is the shared living space inc. lounge room kitchen jam room and decks. The available room is of average size with large window allowing great natural light and has built in wardrobe. The room is $120 a week which inc. elec., water, wifi and basic household cleaning n access to TV, fridge n washing machine. We would prefer someone working or studying full time who is kid friendly, independent and tidy. We are unable to offer a carapace but there is plenty of on street parking available and as its a one way street this is quite safe.
