WANTED: Digital Marketing Jr Associate This starting position is a great opportunity in both online and traditional marketing for our clients. You will be directly involved in digital marketing planning, brand management and execution. With our diverse clientele, you will experience a wide variety of projects and experiences in our office located in New York City. You will work directly with multiple members of our team to develop and execute various programs and projects. You will have firsthand involvement in brainstorming efforts, logistics planning, QA, and coordination. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Attend brainstorming sessions for client brand marketing initiatives. • Develop and organize key research. • Assist in facilitation of multi-platform customer engagement programs. • Monitor online presences across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter (or other applicable platforms). • Measure the impact of all plans based on various metrics. • Compile reports from various marketing initiatives. • Help with the creation of client presentations. • QA for technical/product documents and digital applications. • Maintain good client relations through professionalism in all functions. • Be on the lookout for fun, creative ideas to share with the team. • Contribute to Kounterattacks website, blog, Facebook and Twitter pages. • Perform other duties as requested. QUALIFICATIONS, ATTRIBUTES & EXPERIENCE • Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field. • Passion for using social media channels as a means to communicate with online audiences and deep understanding of what motivates people to engage with brands through various social media platforms. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Understanding of social and web analytics. • Great work ethic, proactive with new ideas and a positive attitude. • Organized, detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task. • Critical thinking skills. • Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator skills a bonus. • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. • Comfortable working within the Web 2.0 environment, including SEO, SMO, user-generated content, online newswires, social bookmarking and networking sites blogs, micro blogs, forums, video sharing, pod casting, and email distribution. • Fluency in English (Multi-lingual is a plus+).
