BUSBOY To support and assist the BOH and FOH teams ensuring that consistently high standards of cleanliness are met and exceeded on a daily basis. Able to assist guests and posses great relations skills. Basic to intermediate English communication skills. 2. COMMI I / LINE COOK The line cook is responsible for all aspects of their assigned cooking station: sets up and stocks products, cooks and presents dishes according to company recipes, and clean, sanitizes and maintains equipment, utensils and tools. Ability to work positively and effectively in a fast paced environment within a team. 3. HOST TO greet all guests with genuine enthusiasm and warmth upon arrival, informs guests of their wait time, enters guests names into the computer system, show guest to their table and bids guests farewell as they leave. Upbeat, friendly and approachable.Willingness to go the extra miles in ensuring that guest needs are met. 4. PREP COOK/ COMMI II Restaurant experience preferred. Ability to work effectively within a team. Basic English reading and communication skills. 5. RECEIVER Responsible for variety of task related to receiving merchandise and maintaining the retail outlets inventory management system. Experience in basic inventory management . Knowledge on safe work environment, health, safety and food hygiene guideline. 6. SENIOR SERVER ROLE of senior server within the Front of House team is to provide consistently high levels of customer service ensuring every guests has a memorable experience whilst championing the brand on a daily basis. Good experience and some level of computer skills required, POS and CASH handling required. Outstanding English and communication. 7. STEWARD Responsible for communication with outside vendors, placing orders for food, beverage and dry stock items, and maintaining all storage areas in the restaurant. Knowledge of weights, measurements, volume and cooking procedures. Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time. Able to work in extreme temperatures ( freezers and walk in refrigerators) 8. WAITER Describe menu items, assists guests in making food and beverage. Able to posses great relations skills. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Selections, takes and rings in orders, delivers food and beverages, processes payments, assists fellow team members to ensure overall guest satisfaction. 9. BARISTA Ensuring that store standards are met by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products within a friendly, welcoming and clean store environment.
