WAR on FGM & Fate of Victims: We are on war against FGM, count me as one of the soldiers please! But should we discriminate against children who have undergone FGM with ignorance or those already forced by parents? should we not help FGM victims to excel in education as well ? this issue is a topic in parts on narok county in kenya. discrimination of girls who have undergone FGM due to ignorance should stop. a Girl Child is a Girl child whether she underwent FGM by mistake, by force or not. Iam aware some churches and christian organizations can discriminate on non christian children including those who underwent FGM. The grounds of discrimination is christian faith that demand that they be separated from unbelievers. even couples who have not wedded in church are sometimes discriminated (counted as outcasts) and their children may not benefit on church support even in the area of education. your take on this please?
