WARM temperatures this morning as Down Town Reno: 42, Reno Foothills: 47, Sparks: 47, Reno Airport: 47, Fernley: 41, Truckee: 37, and Ridge Top Level: 28. We have a south westerly flow through the valley this morning with 5 mph winds along the valley floor and 10 to 15 mph winds through the foothills. We reside under partly cloudy skies with relative humidity at 85% and a dew point of 38F. Current radar shows RAIN over Donner Summit with high elevation SNOW occurring. Through the day today look for partly cloudy conditions to remain with us with breezy conditions through our area at 10 to 15 mph. The possibility for some rain is VERY low today as the two moisture fronts have already passed through our area. As for isolated development of some precipitation, we do not have very cold air above us (ridge top level is only 32F) and we are not very unstable. High temperatures today will top out in the upper fifties for the Reno - Sparks - Fernley areas. In the Sierra Nevada today, look for diminishing showers through he morning hours with partly cloudy skies for the afternoon. A small possibility for showers will remain over the higher elevation mountain peaks. Look for breezy conditions at 5 to 15 mph with temperatures in the Truckee area reaching the upper forties with the mid forties at Lake Tahoe......
