WARNING - Please do not use K Joshi Couriers owned by Ramesh Joshi in Bombay to send any type of parcel to any part of world. They have advertised their courier company in SHRI KRISHNA VADA PAO AT HOUNSLOW as its owner SUBODH JOSHI is his son. Because of this fact, I used this courier company and spent more money than my previous courier company hoping to get even better service. BUT I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE THE STATE OF MY PARCEL. Every packet was found open. Some are tore open using human teeth, some look like rat bites and some are cut opened. All ingredients have mixed and wasted as the packets were opened. It had 4kg basmati rice, dals, rawa, various pulses, atta, and everything had fallen and got mixed in the old carton tht was used. All the packets were opened. Only 4 pieces of Kachori from half kg was found in the carton. Who could have opened all packets?????? I have to dispose off everything as everything is damaged and it may be contaminated wit poison stuff. It has reached me such a disgusting state. I am putting up pictures of the same. My father complained RAMESH JOSHI in Bombay about the state of the parcel but HE IS SAYING IT IS NOT HIS RESPONSIBILITY!!!!!!! He charged me Rs. 6000+ for the 20kg parcel and took 10 days to deliver it. My parents hv spent almost 7-8k on the items bought and everything has gone waste. I want to ask what action can I take against such FRAUD PEOPLE?????? CAN I MAKE AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT HERE IN LONDON? AS THEY ARE COMPLETELY DENYING ANY RESPONSIBILITY. I am shocked!!!!
