WARNING! LONG WEIGHT LOSS MOTIVATIONAL POST AHEAD! :) There are certainly lots of ways you can lose weight and get fit. You can join a gym. You can run. Theres group fitness classes. Sports is good, right? Softball, basketball, soccer, swimming. Or you can do what I do and work out at home. What about eating healthy? So many different products and companies that offer healthy meals and menus, protein shakes, weight loss plans. You cant turn on the TV or get on FB without seeing someone advertising or promoting something. ;) The thing is...anything will work, as long as you are committed. No matter what you choose, you cant do it half-a$$ed. You have to make an investment ~ in time, in effort and more than likely, in money. It costs something ~ theres a sacrifice to be made ~ to either get back the body you once had, or to maybe get lean and healthy for the first time in your life. Be prepared ~ youre going to have to give up some things. Every day I hear from someone that is struggling to lose weight and get to a size that will make them feel confident or pretty again, or just to feel better. Youre tired of feeling tired, having sore legs or a bad back or being out of breath just from walking to your car. Maybe youve been talking about it for a while, too, but are afraid to start, or unsure where to begin, or worried that youre going to start and quit because thats what youve done in the past. And the hard truth is that unless you are really ready to give it your all, to believe in yourself and to have others believe in you, too, and are willing to fight until you reach your goal, theres a good chance youll cave. You could have 10 pounds to lose. Or 30. Or 100. Whatever your goal, you have to know ~ the battle is ON! Youre going to be faced with old habits and temptations every day, and youd better have a plan, a program and a support team to push you forward. This is where I come in. Well, me (a fitness coach) and a group of people JUST LIKE YOU who are in the same boat. Its called a Challenge Group and its all done online. And not only do you get the daily accountability which is KEY, but I also work with you to find you the absolute best workout for you to do at home AND help you plan your nutrition by providing at least one spot-on, perfectly nutritious meal each day. The groups are small so there is a lot of individual attention. But you absolutely have to COMMIT to this, or it wont work. I cant do the work for you. I can hound you, help you, advise you, provide you with tools, but in the end, its up to YOU. So, if youre ready, Im ready for you.
