WARNING: Language. LOTS of language. Also, incredibly important Active Self Protection lessons to be learned. This is what happens when an angry idiot decides to make a point and you get caught in the crossfire. Lessons: 1. Random violence DOES happen. This person didnt ask for it. But it came their way. You must be ready when it comes yours. 2. The driver got caught playing by the rules with their car too much. Stay in your lane. Dont hit other cars. Wait your turn. If youre in trouble, ABANDON THE RULES! Jump the curb. Push the car in front of you. Get out of Dodge NOW! Dont sit there and leave your family in danger. 3. For the person whose answer is draw and fire. I doubt it, honestly. First off your backstop is terrible. Secondly, your ability to shoot while seated and seat-belted is minimal. Third, getting out of the car is a terrible idea in traffic and with your family in the car. Use the vehicle. 4. Do you consider your self-defense with your choice of car? I really like my truck with significant ground clearance for issues like this. Curbs are a suggestion. :) How would you protect yourself and your family in this situation? Let us know! Attitude.
