WARNING: Never order from HP Direct! I purchased a printer from HP Direct two weeks ago. When it was delivered, with no notification by the way, I discovered it was a refurbished printer. I did not order a refurbished printer, nor did they tell me it would be refurbished at the time of my order. But wait, it gets worse. It did NOT work. So I called tech support (a difficult task at best without an interpreter) after an hour and a half, she informs me it doesnt work. I knew that at the time of the phone call. I asked for a new printer. They cant do that. I asked for my money back. They cant do that. I did, however, pay an additional fee for next day replacement if the printer fails. They cant do that either. Someone is supposed to call me within two to four days with a process to charge my credit cared for yet another printer, and directions to return this door stop. No calls. So, they have my money and I have a used printer that doesnt work. PLEASE RE-POST so others dont get stuck.
