Calling other members names such as idiots, b*tches, etc, will result in immediate removal from the group. *****LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION****** All sale/lease/wanted/rescue ads MUST HAVE A STATE LOCATION and it should be the first thing listed. We have people from all over the country and world here. -Ads also should include the horses details such as age, height and price and should include a photo or people will not bother to follow up on the ad. *****ONLY ONE PHOTO/VIDEO PER POST IS ALLOWED***** If you want to add multiple photos, please put them in the comments section of your post or make a collage. When somebody likes or comments on an individual photo, they get scattered around the page with no info attached, so please do not like or comment on individual photos. Any photo that breaks away from the main posting will be deleted without warning or explanation. *******DO NOT COMMENT OR LIKE INDIVIDUAL PHOTOS IN A GROUP OF PHOTOS********* If somebody posts several photos at once, DO NOT COMMENT or LIKE the individual photos, or they will break away from the main post with no info attached and they will clog up the feed. When that happens, those photos WILL BE DELETED so dont ruin somebodys post. ******THIS IS NOT A TACK PAGE****** No sales of tack, trailers or items unless they specifically have something to do with Thoroughbreds such as an OTTB shirt, or are for sale to benefit a Thoroughbred related charity. Being able to use the item on a TB does not count (NO saddles, bridles, etc). General tack/equipment questions are not allowed (such as asking if a brand of saddle is a good quality or how the sizing runs on a pair of sport boots). Unless you have a compliment or are legitimately interested in the horse and have a question, do not comment on sales ads. ********PERSONAL FUNDRAISERS******** Allowing personal fundraisers like GoFundMes will be at the discretion of the admins. We will not permit people looking to buy horses, pay for shows, or pay for regular vet care that the owner should be responsible for. Fundraising for rescued horses or to save a horse from a kill buyer/auction are permitted, as are extreme circumstance situations. Please contact ad Admin before posting if you are not sure that this will be permitted. Asking legitimate questions on a personal fundraiser ad are permitted and encouraged for transparency, however attacking the OP is not acceptable. *******PHOTOS DISPLAYING DANGEROUS OR ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR WILL BE REMOVED********* *******HELMETS******** While we do support and encourage everyone to wear a helmet when riding, it is NOT ACCEPTABLE to harass or comment about others who choose not to wear one. Comments about another person not wearing a helmet are NOT PERMITTED. *******COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT/WATERMARKED PHOTOS ARE NOT PERMITTED****** This includes photos that have the photographers name across the main portion of the photo or the word proof written on it. It does not matter if you claim to have permission from the photographer to use it or you bought it and are waiting for your copy to show up. Displaying a purchased copy of a photo is fine. *********PLEASE DO NOT POST EXCESSIVELY******* We love when people share photos of their horses or other things, but please remember that this page is for everybody. Posting photos several times a day or repeatedly week after week is something for your personal page. *********KEEP IT ABOUT THOROUGHBREDS******** This is a page for THOROUGHBREDS. Please use common sense when deciding whether or not a post is relevant to this group. There are many other groups, forums and websites easily found through a Google search that can answer questions not related to our topic here. Off topic posts include things like general tack or riding questions, other animals, other breeds(general horse care/training/feeding questions are fine as long as they are things that would help others with their horses). Advertising boarding/training, hauling or equine artwork is acceptable, as is personalized items, as long as the posting is kept to a minimum. ************CHECK THE FILES SECTION FIRST IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION********** Many of the questions asked here regarding finding win photos, researching pedigrees, finding videos, etc. can be found in the FILES section with detailed step by step guides to finding your answers. Please check there first, as many questions can be answered there easily. *This is a VERY active page.
