Oliver Martinez, actor husband of Halle Berry, pushed an LAX employee to the ground using an empty baby car seat while walking through LAX on Sunday. The couple, who were with their children 6-year-old Nahla and 1-year-old Maceo, were swarmed by paparazzi and on-lookers as they made their way through the airport. In the video, Martinez, who seems visibly upset, pushes the employee to the ground forcing the man to fall backward. According to TMZ, the employee was treated at the scene and taken to the hospital. Martinez was later named as a suspect in a battery investigation surrounding the incident. This isnt the first time weve seen Martinez get physical. Previously, Martinez has been photographed getting upset with paparazzi previously and also got into a major bloody fight with Gabriel Aubry, the former boyfriend and baby daddy to Halles daughter Nahla. cred: TMZ
