WATE Don Dare here. June 6 will be the 70th anniversary of D-Day. On that day, thousands of American and allied soldiers died as they stormed the beaches of France and parachuted into enemy territory. I had the privilege of interviewing of interviewing one of those soldiers. He would come back after the war, shell shocked. Today, we call it PTSD, Back then, he was left to deal with the horror he saw. But, thanks to having a good wife and daughter, he learned to be productive. Were going to tell his story today at 6:00pm. Hope youll watch it.
