WATER NOTICE: We have retrieved over 200 gallons of potable water that will allow us to open tomorrow. We will be using this water for the following: meat/produce prep, equipment needs, boiling pasta & potatoes, dishwashing, sanitizer buckets, and finally hand-washing. Although the TLCHD has advised us that hand washing is safe, we feel that it still may be a risk when making contact with food. As a result, we have a heated, portable hand washing station that will contain the water we have sourced from Oregon, OH that our staff will use instead of the city water. We will continue with this method until we are advised that it is safe to use Toledo water. Please continue to have patience with our local restaurants and support those who are able to find a way to open. We will see you tomorrow 8/4/14.
